Graphic, web, and layout design are my passions. So much so that I majored in Advertising and minored in Multimedia Design at the University of Oregon. While working at Lyft and Logical Position, I had the opportunity to use and improve my design skills. Below are just some examples of my work.

event management

While working as a Marketing Associate at Lyft, I orchestrated events all over Oregon. I lead communication with partners, staffed and managed ambassadors, designed collateral, and coordinated events the day of. This role allowed me to take my passion for graphic design and pair it with my skills in event planning. Brand engagement and thinking on my feet are what I am most excited to bring to future endeavors.

Workflow Management

As any Graphic Designer at Logical Position knows, we love efficacy, but not at the cost of quality. So after discussing pain points with the team I found 3 areas in major need of improvement. We needed: 1) A unified workflow for all designers; 2) Improved training on basic IT support with design; 3) Stock resources at a reasonable price. I created a workflow chart that is now used in onboarding. I presented a crash course IT training that explained common problems that designers face, and how to troubleshoot them. I also created a design tool proposal that outlined possible stock resources for designers. It also highlights the costs of products vs the labor cost over several years. Finding areas of improvement that help my teammates and benefit the company is always top of mind for me.

Ambassador Management

Lyft’s Ambassador Team was truly the support beams that held Lyft above many other brands. Our Ambassadors were a group of high-energy and brilliant individuals who worked on the ground at events as Lyft liaisons. They would spread the word about Lyft and help people download the app or even help them get a ride home. In my role at Lyft, I had the honor of managing our awesome Ambassadors. I would hire, train, and staff them for local events. To improve our Ambassador program, I created a guidebook and a website to help set them up for success. I worked shifts with them to find ways to improve the experience for our ambassadors, event-goers, partners, and drivers.
